When we bought our first business, we did everything by hand. No fancy computers or fax machines. When a bunch of franchises starting moving in, we knew that we had to become more efficient, so they did not run us out of business. I called my friend Stan, to come over and let us know what we would need to put in the latest and greatest computer system. Stan was the greatest computer guy in our city. He suggested that we have HDMI Cable installed along with all Cat 6 Products. I asked him to order all of it and get started as soon as possible. He finished installing the HDMI cable in about two weeks and the Cat 6 products in amount a month. I can now run my business much faster and with more efficiency than before. My clients do not have to wait as long for me to order something over the telephone; I just place the order with my new speedy computer. I do not have to send out my invoices through the snail mail either, I have a fax machine attached to my computer and people receive my invoices much quicker these days, which means that I get paid quicker also. I should have done this a long time ago.
