Lesson from Taxi Cab in Raleigh

One thing I learned from the taxi cab in Raleigh ride from the airport to my house is that taxi service is beyond the cleanest and the best car. The driver is the best advertisement that a taxi company can have. When that taxi company came to pick me up, I already noticed the natural charm and adeptness of customer service from the driver. Moreover, I was impressed that he handled my bags with utmost car and while driving, he was conversing not in an annoying way but in a caring way. Most of us experience talking to overbearing taxi drivers to the point of annoyance. He talks when I ask. And he seems to be very concerned if you’re bored during the ride that he occasional asks some standard questions.
More importantly, the price for taxi in Raleigh is equal to the service I got. I only get to contact them online but I was very impressed with the fact that driver seemed to know his customers very well. He never failed to match the true mission of his taxi company. Indeed, it was nice lesson of unadulterated customer service from a taxi cab.
