My mother told me not to waste my time in selling all the gemstones out there, just sell diamonds and you will be successful is what she told me. I knew that if I concentrated on just one market, I could keep my over head lower and learn to be the number one company to just sell diamonds and nothing else.

After opening my store over ten years ago, it has gone better than I could have ever expected. I also sell diamond jewelry of all shapes and sizes along with just loose diamonds. I think that half of my business is from couples who have their wedding band settings, but have somehow lost the diamond out of it. I have a very experienced staff that sets the diamonds in and we guarantee that it will not come loose, or we will replace it for free.

My mother’s advice to just sell diamonds and mine to sell diamond jewelry has paid off. I am known as the expert in diamond settings since I do so much business in only diamonds. My customers always come back or the new ones are telling me that they heard about my store from one of their friends who have already done business with us.

My family just moved to Arizona and I have been looking for some things to do that involve meeting new people and getting exercise without spending time in a gym for hours and hours. I heard of a really cool sports club that has different leagues. I am thinking of joining the Scottsdale adult flag football league. My wife thinks that it will be a good way for me to meet people in the area and maybe we can make some new friends too.

She is not looking at the Scottsdale flag football league for herself, but a different volleyball one that she thinks she will be better at. It does not matter, as long as we are having a good time and if we do not like it, I think that each league is only a few weeks long and we can just not go back after finishing out what we have started, whether it be the Scottsdale adult flag football league for me or the volleyball league for her.

This city is so big; we are bound to meet lots of people that we will enjoy spending time with very quickly. I looked into art classes and some instructional dance classes as well to just have in my back pocket if the Scottsdale flag football league does not work out.

My four managers of my stores have all gotten together to request new point of sale systems. I think that we replaced them about five years ago and it cost me a pretty penny then, I cannot imagine doing all four stores again so soon. I set up a meeting for my managers for later in the week to discuss possibly buying some used pos equipment that is practically brand new or at least getting just a few new things and the rest of them could be used point of sale equipment from the company that my secretary found when she was searching for a company to get prices from them so we could estimate what it would cost for all four new systems.

I think that if the managers are told that they can take the used pos equipment, they can have it very soon or wait for three more years for brand new pos equipment, they will see my point of view. I do not mind meeting them half way, as long as they do the same. In fact, they will be able to get more used point of sale equipment than if they wait the three years for the new stuff because of the big savings on the products from the site my secretary found.
